Youth Jiu-Jitsu — Ages 8–14

Developing Skills, Confidence & Character

Our Youth Jiu-Jitsu Program is designed for students ages 8–14 who are ready to develop their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills while building confidence, discipline, fitness, and a strong mindset.

Students learn a structured Jiu-Jitsu curriculum that includes takedowns, positional control, escapes, transitions, submissions, and practical self-defense, with an emphasis on understanding technique, making good decisions, and applying their skills safely.

As students progress, they are encouraged to become more independent and responsible for their development. Training teaches them how to stay focused, work through challenges, respect their teammates, handle both success and setbacks, and continue improving through consistent effort.

Classes combine technical instruction, drilling, positional training, and supervised live sparring, allowing students to test what they learn in a controlled and supportive environment.

Whether your child wants to learn self-defense, become more confident, improve their fitness, make friends, or eventually compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our instructors will help them progress at their own pace.

At Masters Martial Arts School, our goal is not simply to develop better Jiu-Jitsu athletes. We want to help develop confident, disciplined, respectful, and resilient young people—on and off the mats.
