Tumblers Program — Ages 3–5

Big Skills for Little Champions

Our Tumblers Program is a fun and positive introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts designed especially for children ages 3–5.

Through age-appropriate games, movement drills, and beginner martial arts activities, children develop coordination, balance, confidence, focus, and body awareness while learning how to listen, follow directions, work with others, and have fun on the mats.

At Masters Martial Arts School, we believe the first years of training should build more than physical skills. Our goal is to help every child become more confident, independent, respectful, and comfortable learning in a group environment.

No previous martial arts experience is needed. We keep classes active, encouraging, and fun so your child can build a strong foundation—and leave the mat excited to come back!

Kids Jiu-Jitsu — Ages 6–8

Building Confidence, Discipline & Strong Foundations

Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu Program is designed to help children ages 6–8 develop confidence, discipline, coordination, and real Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills in a positive and encouraging environment.

At this age, students begin learning the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, including basic positions, escapes, takedowns, control, and age-appropriate self-defense, while improving their balance, coordination, strength, and overall fitness.

But what children learn on the mat goes far beyond techniques.

Our classes encourage students to listen, stay focused, solve problems, respect their training partners, and keep trying when something is difficult. These lessons help build confidence and resilience that can carry over into school, sports, and everyday life.

Classes combine structured instruction, partner drills, games, and supervised Jiu-Jitsu training to keep students engaged while helping them develop a strong technical foundation.

Whether your child is completely new to martial arts or ready for a new challenge, our goal is to help them learn, grow, make friends, and have fun while becoming more confident every day.

Youth Jiu-Jitsu — Ages 8–14

Developing Skills, Confidence & Character

Our Youth Jiu-Jitsu Program is designed for students ages 8–14 who are ready to develop their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills while building confidence, discipline, fitness, and a strong mindset.

Students learn a structured Jiu-Jitsu curriculum that includes takedowns, positional control, escapes, transitions, submissions, and practical self-defense, with an emphasis on understanding technique, making good decisions, and applying their skills safely.

As students progress, they are encouraged to become more independent and responsible for their development. Training teaches them how to stay focused, work through challenges, respect their teammates, handle both success and setbacks, and continue improving through consistent effort.

Classes combine technical instruction, drilling, positional training, and supervised live sparring, allowing students to test what they learn in a controlled and supportive environment.

Whether your child wants to learn self-defense, become more confident, improve their fitness, make friends, or eventually compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our instructors will help them progress at their own pace.

At Masters Martial Arts School, our goal is not simply to develop better Jiu-Jitsu athletes. We want to help develop confident, disciplined, respectful, and resilient young people—on and off the mats.

Develop the skills. Build the confidence. Strengthen the character.

Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Train Your Body. Challenge Your Mind. Build Real Skills.

Our Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program provides structured, high-quality training for everyone—from complete beginners stepping onto the mat for the first time to experienced practitioners and competitors looking to take their Jiu-Jitsu to the next level.

Students learn the fundamentals and advanced concepts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including takedowns, positional control, escapes, sweeps, submissions, transitions, and practical self-defense, while developing a deeper understanding of leverage, timing, movement, and strategy.

Jiu-Jitsu also provides a challenging full-body workout that can help improve strength, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility, coordination, and overall fitness while learning a practical martial art.

But training is about more than physical development.

Every class challenges you to solve problems, remain composed under pressure, overcome difficult situations, and continually improve. Over time, Jiu-Jitsu can become an incredible tool for developing confidence, discipline, resilience, and mental focus.

At Masters Martial Arts School, we welcome people from all backgrounds and experience levels. You don't need to be in shape or have previous martial arts experience to begin. Our instructors and training partners will help you learn safely and progress at your own pace.

Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, personal development, recreational training, or competition, there is a place for you on our mats.

Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Build Confidence. Learn Self-Defense. Become Stronger.

Our Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program provides a welcoming and supportive environment where women can learn practical self-defense, improve their fitness, build confidence, and develop real Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills.

Whether you have never trained martial arts before or already have Jiu-Jitsu experience, our program is designed to help you progress at your own pace while training alongside a positive community of women.

Students learn essential Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques including escapes, positional control, takedowns, submissions, and practical self-defense strategies, with an emphasis on leverage and technique rather than relying on size or strength.

Training also provides an excellent full-body workout, helping develop strength, conditioning, mobility, coordination, and body awareness while learning skills that have practical applications beyond the gym.

But one of the most valuable parts of Jiu-Jitsu is the confidence that comes from learning how to stay calm, think clearly, and respond effectively in challenging situations.

Our classes combine technical instruction, partner drills, and controlled training in an encouraging environment where women can challenge themselves, support one another, and continue growing together.

No previous martial arts experience is necessary. You don't need to already be strong, flexible, or athletic to begin. You come as you are, and we help you build from there.
