Tumblers (3-4 years old):
The Tumblers class is specially designed for 3-4-year-olds as a fun and safe introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This beginner program helps children develop motor skills, strength, and balance through engaging physical activities. Kids will learn basic movements like break falls and forward tumbles, while also being taught valuable lessons such as respect, patience, teamwork, and overcoming challenges. To ensure a safe environment, students don’t practice techniques on each other but instead grapple with the instructors, making the class both enjoyable and secure for young learners.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU FOR ADULTS (16+ years old)
Students will learn and practice the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including mat exercises, grappling techniques, and submission holds in an inspiring and respectful environment. Mixed-level classes give practitioners the opportunity to drill both basic and advanced moves, developing a wide-range of skills through partnership with both beginners and experienced practitioners. An excellent full-body workout and self-defense system for all, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has been known to reduce stress, boost energy, improve strength and conditioning, increase flexibility and mobility, enhance self-esteem, and more. We currently offer mixed-level Gi and No Gi classes. While some students prefer one style over another, many practitioners train in Gi as well as No Gi, enjoying the benefits and advantages of both.
Gi: Gi classes use a traditional BJJ Gi, incorporating various grips on both the jacket and pants within many BJJ techniques.

No Gi: No Gi students typically wear a rashguard and shorts/spats to train. No Gi involves more wrestling-style grips (as there are no clothing grips) and can be faster paced as a sport.

These one-on-one sessions allow instructors to provide personalized attention that isn’t possible in a group setting, tailoring each lesson to the student’s unique goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. Private training also helps instructors build a deeper connection with the student and closely track their progress both on and off the mat. Whether you’re aiming to sharpen specific techniques, prepare for competition, or accelerate your overall development, private lessons offer the fastest and most focused path forward.
